Hal is an ex global Sales Director for a large multi- national. Hal's elite level of professionalism and attention to detail, along with over 30 years of entrepreneurial endeavour, ensures that each of our clients receive a truly custom-made experience.
Hal’s infectious personality and drive for success is embodied in his every action and interaction within the business.

DAMON HARRISON
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Damon's experience in the design, build and construction industry is extensive.
Over the past two decades he has forged fantastic relationships with suppliers, merchants, contractors and more, allowing us to pool the collective knowledge of industry leaders.
Having successfully delivered well over 100 projects, ranging from small renovations to multiple dwelling new builds, there isn’t much in construction that Damon has not overcome.
With a keen eye and a sharp pencil, Damon is constantly Value Engineering our projects to ensure our clients maximise their return on investment.
TONY TANNER
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Tony embarked on a journey that led him to become a skilled carpenter with a unique background. He started by studying mechanical engineering in college and later joined the army as a Royal Engineer, where he honed his carpentry skills and earned the necessary qualifications. Throughout his career in the armed forces, Tony applied his carpentry expertise while serving his country.
Following his service with the Royal Engineers, Tony transitioned into the Fire and Rescue service, where he continued to dedicate himself to community service and further developed his carpentry skills within the construction realm.
For the last 10 years Tony fulfilled a lifelong dream by taking on remarkable projects across the country. For this endeavor, he turned to the innovative ICF Woodcrete block technology to construct his dream house, showcasing his craftsmanship and commitment to sustainable building methods.
STEVEN DUFF
PROJECT MANAGER
Steven is a seasoned project manager at Alderman Group, boasting 18 years of extensive experience in the building and construction. Beginning his career at the tender age of 16 as an apprentice with Harrison Build, Steven quickly ascended through the ranks due to his exceptional skills and dedication.
His journey from an eager apprentice to a pivotal project manager is marked by a deep-rooted passion for construction and an commitment to high standards. At Alderman Group, Steven is renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, and ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
His expertise and leadership have made him an indispensable asset to the team, significantly contributing to the company's reputation for delivering high-quality projects
